I try not to brag, but sometimes it can't be helped. Check out this story my second grader authored and illustrated using a key word outline she wrote. She even typed it herself with just a bit of formatting help from mom.
Really great job. Looks like daughter will be a writer just like her mom. For some reason it reminds me of a Disney story I had in an old book growing up. It had a different twist because they let the grasshopper in or they let the one ant in who did not help get ready for winter and the one they let in played the fiddle for the others and this was how he earned is keep. I love the pictures too.
